Should the researcher who receives a bonus be 100% dedicated to R&D&I activities?

In relation to the exclusivity and the calculation of the entire working time of the research personnel, it will be accepted that up to 15% of the time dedicated to collateral tasks of training, dissemination or similar, will be counted as exclusive dedication to R&D activities.
