Equality Plan
An Equality Plan is an ordered set of measures, adopted with the objective of achieving equal treatment and equal opportunities between men and women, eliminating sex discrimination.
The plan can focus only on gender, or it can also consider any other type of discrimination (religion, origin, country, etc.), in order to achieve equal treatment for all employees.
For the elaboration of the Equality Plan it is necessary to carry out an initial diagnosis, based on which the necessary measures to be included are identified.
